Welcome to Synqa, a web and Slack-based platform designed to help organizations manage office presence and team coordination.

By purchasing or using Synqa ("Service", "App", or "Platform"), you ("User", "Customer", "You") agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.


1. Use of the Service

Synqa provides a tool for managing employee location status, Slack notifications, and optional location-based activities. You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.


2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity occurring under your account.

We stand behind our product. If we permanently shut down Synqa within 12 months of your purchase date, and you have an active license, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used and must be requested within 60 days of the shutdown announcement.


5. Service Availability

Synqa is sold as a "lifetime license", meaning you may use the product indefinitely — however, we do not guarantee indefinite availability of our infrastructure, integrations, or support.

We strive for high uptime and continuity but may discontinue the service at any time for reasons including but not limited to: technical limitations, business decisions, or security concerns.


6. Data and Privacy

We use Supabase to store user data and Google/Slack for authentication. By using Synqa, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with your systems.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synqa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
